If you have wet timber floors that need to be dried, you'll want to contact our team as soon as possible. We're available 24/7 and will arrive within 1 hour, ensuring that we stop the damage as quickly as possible. Once we arrive, our process includes:
• Inspection: The first step is for us to inspect your timber wood floors. We'll need to check how saturated the floors are, the cause of the wetness and determine if they're even salvageable. If they are recoverable, we'll talk through an action plan so we can begin immediately.
• Immediate Action: Depending on the amount of contamination, we may need to apply an antimicrobial treatment. We'll then remove any access water using an extractor.
• Installing Drying Equipment: Next, we'll install equipment to your drywall, as well as a vacuum system to draw moisture that may be sitting underneath the floor. We'll seal up the room to ensure everything is running correctly.
• Continuous Monitoring: From there, we'll test the room every day to ensure we're meeting set moisture and drying goals. Once finished, we'll talk through any resealing or resanding that may need to go into your flooring.
